Trade Xxxx means and trade-xxxx or trade-name as may be adopted for use on the Licensed Products from time to time.

Trade Xxxx means the GBCA’s trade xxxx or marks set out in the Annexure to this Agreement, including all four, five or six star variants; and

AND WHEREAS the Indian Company has requested the Foreign Company to allow the Indian Company to use the same Trade Xxxx In the sale of the said product in India and which the Foreign Company has agreed to do on the following terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties.

In such event, the registration of the Trade Xxxx for user will also be got cancelled by the Indian Company.

More Definitions of Trade Xxxx

Trade Xxxx means any Trade-xxxx as such term is defined in the General Security Agreement.

Trade Xxxx means the trademark or trademarks of all products manufactured by Essential Innovations and its affiliates.
