Mobile App License. 2.3.1. Definition Optimo SARL A mobile app license (the “Mobile App License”) is required to embed a Licensed Font within a mobile application to style and display text. +▇▇ (▇)▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ +▇▇ (▇)▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ T F The Mobile App License grants you the right to embed the Font Software in the application(s) built to run natively on mobile operating systems including, but not limited to, Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile, as specified in your Order (the “Specified App(s)”) for styling dynamic, static or editable text. You represent and warrant that you own the Specified App(s) and control their content. You undertake to have the Font Software embedded in a secure manner such that it cannot be extracted from or accessed outside of the Specified App(s). You are authorized to provide a copy of the Font Software to a third-party app developer for the sole purpose of styling text in the Specified App(s). You shall ensure that the app developer: (i) agrees in writing to observe the terms and conditions of this Agreement and (ii) deletes all copies of the Font Software immediately after completing the work. In order to use the Font Software for any other purpose, the app developer must first obtain the appropriate license(s) from Optimo. Rte des Acacias 43 CH–1227 Genève 2.4.1. Mobile App License. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile App on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, and to access and use the mobile App on such devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile App license contained in these Terms and Conditions. You shall not: (1) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App; (2) make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the App; (3) violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the App; (4) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us or the licensors of the App; (5) use the App for any revenue generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended; (6) make the App available over a network or other environment permitting access or use by multiple devices or users at the same time; (7) use the App for creating a product, service, or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for the App; (8) use the App to send automated queries to any App or to send any unsolicited commercial e-mail; or (9) use any proprietary information or any of our interfaces or our other intellectual property in the design, development, manufacture, licensing, or distribution of any Apps, accessories, or devices for use with the App.

Mobile App License. Upon payment in full for a mobile app license, Canada Type grants you a non-exclusive, non- assignable, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted herein) license, to embed the Canada Type font soflware within mobile application soflware on a single platform, subject to the following conditions: • The font soflware licensed for embedding a mobile app is licensed solely for one computer in the development of such documents. The purchase of the appropriate multi- user desktop & print license is required to accommodate the installation of this soflware on more than one computer. • The font soflware is licensed for a single mobile app, for use on one mobile platform (such as iOS, Android, Windows RT or Windows Phone) for the life of the app. Separate mobile app licenses are required for embedding the font soflware in a mobile app for separate platforms. • This license does not allow the embedding of the font soflware in programs that run within non-mobile formats, such as Mac, Windows, or console gaming platforms. If you’re interested in obtaining such licensing, please contact Canada Type to inquire about availability and pricing. • Licensee agrees that the font soflware will be embedded in a secure manner within the mobile app, and that the font data cannot be fully or partially extracted, altered or modified by any users, and does not allow access to the font soflware outside of the mobile application. • Licensee agrees that the font soflware will only be used for the purpose of rendering non- editable content within the mobile app. Users of the app will have no right to use the font soflware to create, generate or output new documents such as PDFs, word processing documents, advertisements, static or scalable images, labeled photos, or edit, enhance and/or modify any documents for any personal or commercial purposes. Use of the font soflware within any server or web-based application is not permitted by this license. • Canada Type fonts may not be embedded in application soflware considered a plugin, template, skin or theme. • Canada Type fonts may not be redistributed with the mobile app or its source code.

Mobile App License. Subject to User’s compliance with the Agreement, Company grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install and use a copy of the Mobile App on a single mobile device that User owns or control and to run such copy of the Mobile App solely for User’s own personal or internal business purposes. Furthermore, with respect to any Mobile App accessed through or downloaded from the Apple App Store (an “App Store Sourced Application”), User will only use such App Store Sourced Application (a) on an Apple-branded product that runs iOS (Apple’s proprietary operating system) and (b) as permitted by the “Usage Rules” set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Mobile App License. Subject to these Terms of Service, Parentswarm hereby grants to you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to (a) install the Mobile App on one mobile device and (b) use the Mobile App for your own personal use solely to access and use the Service. For clarity, the foregoing is not intended to prohibit you from installing the Mobile App on another device on which you also agreed to these Terms of Service. Each instance of these Terms of Service that you agree to in connection with downloading a Mobile App grants you the aforementioned rights in connection with the installation and use of the Mobile App on one device. Ownership; Restrictions: The technology and software underlying the Service or distributed in connection therewith are the property of Parentswarm, its affiliates, and its licensors (including the Mobile App, the “Software”). You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Parentswarm.
