Common use of Mobile Application Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Mobile Application Restrictions. The Licensee shall ensure that the Third Party Mobile Application prominently displays on the relevant securities quotation portion of its application, the Licensee's logo and a statement that the Information is provided by the Licensee. The Licensee shall ensure that the Third Party Mobile Application include a disclaimer in the same form as the disclaimer set out in clause 2.4 in its terms and conditions and, where technically possible, transmit the disclaimer set out in clause 2.4 to Subscribers in the manner set out in clause 2.5.
