Mobile Banking Description. First Bank of Manhattan offers customers mobile access to their account information via the Internet using your Device’s browser or Application Software (App). Enrollment requires participation in Online Banking, election of the Mobile Banking Service from within Online Banking and identification of a mobile phone number and service provider. You the customer will control which First Bank of Manhattan accounts will be accessed using Mobile Banking. Customers will be allowed to opt out of this program at any time. Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking Services. Mobile Banking is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us. Mobile Banking allows you to access your First Bank of Manhattan account information, review balances and transaction history and transfer funds between First Bank of Manhattan accounts and initiate ▇▇▇▇ Payment transactions. Mobile Banking uses your same Netteller ID, Password, and multifactor ID also known as your Personal Secure Image. For additional security, passwords can only be changed through Online Banking. Mobile Banking is currently not available for Business Online Banking Customers.
Mobile Banking Description. Mobile Banking refers generally to any service allowing Customer to view the Designated Accounts and perform certain functions using compatible and supported mobile access equipment, including, but not limited to, a mobile phone, smartphone, tablet, personal data assistant, or other wireless device (“Mobile Device”) whose network allows secure SSL traffic. Mobile Banking Services are available through mobile web browsers (“Mobile Web Service”) and downloadable mobile banking applications for Android and Apple devices (“Mobile Banking Apps”). Mobile Banking functionality varies by device used and Bank does not guarantee the availability of all Service features on all Mobile Devices. Mobile Banking includes the following, provided Customer has compatible wireless hardware and software:
(a) Access Designated Account balance information;
(b) Review Transaction history and perform queries or transaction searches;
(c) Make Transfers between Designated Accounts;
(d) Make payments to a Payee previously set up using the ▇▇▇▇ Pay Service;
(e) Deposit checks through the Mobile Deposit Service. From time to time, Bank may develop additional mobile banking services. As such services are developed Customer will have the opportunity to add them to Mobile Banking, provided Customer has compatible wireless hardware and software. Customer agrees to view any applicable Operating Instructions and understand how to use Mobile Banking before using Mobile Banking. Customer acknowledges that if it does not use Mobile Banking properly, Mobile Banking may not work. Customer agrees and understands that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile networks, such as while roaming. Customer acknowledges that Mobile Banking may not work the same with all mobile carriers. It is Customer’s responsibility to understand how to use its Mobile Devices. Bank is not liable if Customer does not use Mobile Banking and/or its Mobile Devices properly. Additionally, not all of the products, services or functionality described in this Booklet are available through use of a Mobile Device. Therefore, Customer may not be eligible to use all the products, services or functionality described when Customer accesses or tries to access them using a Mobile Device.
