Processing Schedule. We shall pick up the contents of the lockbox once on each Banking Day at a time no earlier than 8:00 AM (ET).
Processing Schedule. Each payment you initiate will have a "Send On" date, which represents the business date by which you want to initiate the payment. Upon payment initiation, Payables+ will process the payment on the "Send On" date if possible or the next Business Day. For processing cutoff times for each type of payment see the operating procedures/user guide. [NOTE: Be sure to add processing cut-off times to user guide.]
Processing Schedule. BDS will process work in a timely manner satisfactory to and agreed upon by both BDS and Customer. BDS understand that prompt performance of all work is necessary for Customer to meet its schedules and that time is of the essence and will utilize all reasonable efforts to process work in accordance with the mutually agreed upon schedule.

Processing Schedule. The processing cut-off time for originating ACH Entries each Business Day will be set by Bank from time to time and published in the First Online Cash Management Services Banking Fees and Cut-off Times schedule (Exhibit C). No transmission will be accepted for processing by Bank after this time. ACH transactions are required to be processed with a transmission date of at least one (1) Business Day prior to the Effective Date.

Processing Schedule. Client shall provide input data and Fidelity will process and update Client's data in accordance with Exhibit D.
Processing Schedule. PD will provide Amgen with a proposed Processing schedule for (i) commercial Batches for the first two (2) months of Amgen's rolling six (6) month estimate within ten (10) days of receipt of the estimate and (ii) for clinical Batches for those Batches with respect to which Amgen shall have submitted a Purchase Order as set forth in Section 2.2 below within three (3) days of receipt of the Purchase Order. The parties shall promptly finalize the Processing schedules. PD agrees to exercise its best efforts to meet the Processing schedule set forth below.
(a) PD will ship test samples of quantities of Finished Product specified by Amgen to Amgen within three (3) working days after the completion of fill or lyophilization.
(b) PD will inspect Vials of Finished Product within five (5) calendar days after the completion of fill or lyophilization for all Batches.
(c) PD Quality Assurance will send by overnight mail, telecopy or facsimile, Batch disposition to Amgen within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of completion of fill or lyophilization.
(d) PD will have Finished Product available for shipment to Amgen within fourteen (14) calendar days following fill or lyophilization. Except to the extent set forth in Section 2.1, PD shall not be required to give preference to Processing Materials over processing of other products at the Facility. PD shall Process as close to the schedule (established pursuant to this Section 2.2) as possible, but, in no event shall PD commence Processing of liquid vial fills later than fourteen
Processing Schedule. PROCESSOR shall provide TOLEDO an average daily volume of normal processing and will notify TOLEDO at the end of their processing day if the PROCESSOR is going to 3 deviate significantly from this volume due to downtime or normal work hour changes. This is required for the scheduling of alternate means of sludge removal.
Processing Schedule. ALLTEL will process and update Client's data in accordance with Exhibit B.
