MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS. 6 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 7 has provided, or will provide, mobile data computers (hereinafter called 8 “MDCs”) that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and motorcycles, 9 designated by COUNTY for use within CITY limits. 10 2. SHERIFF has the exclusive right to use said MDCs for law enforcement 11 services related to this Agreement. 12 3. CITY shall pay COUNTY the full costs to COUNTY of a) the acquisition and 13 installation of MDCs that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and 14 motorcycles assigned to CITY, and b) recurring costs, as deemed necessary 15 by COUNTY, including the costs of maintenance and contributions to a fund 16 for replacement and upgrade of such MDCs when they become functionally 17 or technologically obsolete. 18 The costs to be paid by CITY for recurring costs, including maintenance and 19 replacement/upgrade of MDCs, are included in the costs set forth in 20 Subsection G-2Attachment C and the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth 21 in Subsection G-23 of this Agreement unless CITY has already paid such 22 costs. CITY shall not be charged additional amounts for maintenance or 23 replacement/upgrade of said MDCs during the period July 1, 20165 through 24 June 30, 20176. 25 4. If, following the initial acquisition of MDCs referenced above, CITY requires 26 MDCs for additional patrol cars or motorcycles designated for use in CITY, 27 or for CITY’s Emergency Operations Center, COUNTY will purchase said 28 additional MDCs. Upon demand by COUNTY, CITY will pay to COUNTY a) Attachment B - Redline Version of Previous Agreement Page 27 of 30 1 the full costs of acquisition and installation of said additional MDCs, and b) 2 the full recurring costs for said MDCs, as deemed necessary by COUNTY, 3 including the costs of maintenance, and contributions to a fund for 4 replacement and upgrade of such MDCs when they become functionally or 5 technologically obsolete. Said costs related to additional MDCs are not 6 included in, and are in addition to, the costs set forth in Attachment 7 CSubsection G-2 and the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth in 8 Subsection G-23 of this Agreement. 9 5. COUNTY will replace and/or upgrade MDCs as needed. The costs of 10 replacing/upgrading MDCs shall be paid by COUNTY from the replacement/ 11 upgrade funds to be paid by CITY in accordance with the foregoing. CITY 12 shall not be charged any additional charge to replace or upgrade MDCs.

CITY shall pay COUNTY the full costs to COUNTY of a) the acquisition and 13 9 installation of MDCs that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and 14 10 motorcycles assigned to CITY, and b) recurring costs, as deemed necessary 15 11 by COUNTY, including the costs of maintenance and contributions to a fund 16 12 for replacement and upgrade of such MDCs when they become functionally 17 13 or technologically obsolete. 18 14 The costs to be paid by CITY for recurring costs, including maintenance and 19 15 replacement/upgrade of MDCs, are included in the costs set forth in 20 Subsection G-2Attachment C 16 Attachment B and the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth 21 in Subsection G-23 of this Agreement unless CITY has already paid such 22 costs. CITY shall 18 not be charged additional amounts for maintenance or 23 replacement/upgrade 19 of said MDCs during the period July 1, 20165 2023 through 24 June 30, 201762024. 25 20 4. If, following the initial acquisition of MDCs referenced above, CITY requires 26 21 MDCs for additional patrol cars or motorcycles designated for use in the 22 CITY, 27 or for CITY’s CITY Emergency Operations Center, COUNTY will purchase 23 said 28 additional MDCs. Upon demand by COUNTY, CITY will pay to 24 COUNTY a) Attachment B - Redline Version of Previous Agreement Page 27 of 30 1 the full costs of acquisition and installation of said additional MDCs25 MDC’s, and b) 2 the full recurring costs for said MDCs, as deemed necessary 26 by COUNTY, 3 including the costs of maintenance, and contributions to a fund 27 for 4 replacement and upgrade of such MDCs when they become functionally 28 or 5 technologically obsolete. Said costs related to additional MDCs are not 6 not 1 O. MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS: (Continued) 2 included in, and are in addition to, the costs set forth in Attachment 7 CSubsection G-2 B and 3 the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth in 8 Subsection G-23 F-2 of this 4 Agreement. 9 5. 5 COUNTY will replace and/or upgrade MDCs as needed. The costs of 10 6 replacing/upgrading MDCs shall be paid by COUNTY from the replacement/ 11 7 replacement/upgrade funds to be paid by CITY in accordance with the 8 foregoing. CITY 12 shall not be charged any additional charge to replace or 9 upgrade MDCs.

MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS. 6 4 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 7 5 has provided, or will provide, mobile data computers (hereinafter called 8 6 “MDCs”) that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and motorcycles, 9 motorcycles 7 designated by COUNTY for use within CITY limits. 10 8 2. SHERIFF has the exclusive right to use said MDCs for law enforcement 11 9 services related to this Agreement. 12 10 3. If, following the initial acquisition of MDCs referenced above, CITY requires 26 28 MDCs for additional patrol cars or motorcycles designated for use in the CITY, 27 or for CITY’s CITY‘s 1 Emergency Operations Center, COUNTY will purchase said 28 additional 2 MDCs. Upon demand by COUNTY, CITY will pay to COUNTY a) Attachment B - Redline Version of Previous Agreement Page 27 of 30 1 the full 3 costs of acquisition and installation of said additional MDCs, and b) 2 the full 4 recurring costs for said MDCs, as deemed necessary by COUNTY, 3 including 5 the costs of maintenance, and contributions to a fund for 4 replacement and 6 upgrade of such MDCs when they become functionally or 5 technologically 7 obsolete. Said costs related to additional MDCs are not 6 included in, and are in addition to, the costs set forth in Attachment 7 CSubsection G-2 and the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth in 8 Subsection G-23 of this Agreement. 9 5. COUNTY will replace and/or upgrade MDCs as needed. The costs of 10 replacing/upgrading MDCs shall be paid by COUNTY from the replacement/ 11 upgrade funds to be paid by CITY in accordance with the foregoing. CITY 12 shall not be charged any additional charge to replace or upgrade MDCs.are

Upon demand by COUNTY, CITY will pay to COUNTY a) Attachment B - Redline Version of Previous Agreement Page 27 of 30 1 10 the full costs of acquisition and installation of said additional MDCs, and b) 2 11 the full recurring costs for said MDCs, as deemed necessary by COUNTY, 3 12 including the costs of maintenance, and contributions to a fund for 4 13 replacement and upgrade of such MDCs when they become functionally or 5 14 technologically obsolete. Said costs related to additional MDCs are not 6 15 included in, and are in addition to, the costs set forth in Attachment 7 CSubsection G-2 C and 16 the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth in 8 Subsection G-23 G-2 of this 17 Agreement. 9 18 5. COUNTY will replace and/or upgrade MDCs as needed. The costs of 10 19 replacing/upgrading MDCs shall be paid by COUNTY from the replacement/ 11 20 replacement/upgrade funds to be paid by CITY in accordance with the 21 foregoing. CITY 12 shall not be charged any additional charge to replace or 22 upgrade MDCs.

CITY shall not be charged additional amounts for maintenance or 23 replacement/upgrade of said MDCs during the period July 1, 20165 through 24 June 30, 20176. 25 15 4. Said costs related to additional MDCs are not 6 24 N. The costs of 10 2 replacing/upgrading MDCs shall be paid by COUNTY from the replacement/ 11 3 replacement/upgrade funds to be paid by CITY in accordance with the 4 foregoing. CITY 12 shall not be charged any additional charge to replace or upgrade MDCs.

Said costs related to additional MDCs are not 6 included in, and are in addition to, the costs set forth in Attachment 7 CSubsection G-2 and the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth in 8 Subsection G-23 of this Agreement. 9 5. If, following the initial acquisition of MDCs referenced above, CITY requires 26 MDCs for additional patrol cars or motorcycles designated for use in the CITY, 27 or for CITY’s CITY Emergency Operations Center, COUNTY will purchase said 28 additional MDCs. Upon demand by COUNTY, CITY will pay to COUNTY a) Attachment B - Redline Version of Previous Agreement Page 27 of 30 1 the full costs of acquisition and installation of said additional MDCs, and b) 2 the full recurring costs for said MDCs, as deemed necessary by COUNTY, 3 including the costs of maintenance, and contributions to a fund for 4 replacement and upgrade of such MDCs when they become functionally or 5 technologically obsolete. Said costs related to additional MDCs are not 6 included in, and are in addition to, the costs set forth in Attachment 7 CSubsection G-2 C and the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth in 8 Subsection G-23 G-2 of this Agreement. 9 5. COUNTY will replace and/or upgrade MDCs as needed. The costs of 10 replacing/upgrading MDCs shall be paid by COUNTY from the replacement/ 11 replacement/upgrade funds to be paid by CITY in accordance with the foregoing. CITY 12 shall not be charged any additional charge to replace or upgrade MDCs.. // // //
