Mobile Deposit Capture. With your Account, you will have access to the Mobile Deposit feature. You may load a check made out to you as the payee into your Account by accessing the Mobile App and selecting the “Add & Move Money Feature,” followed by the “Check Deposit” option as your source. The load process will require you to submit an image of the front and back of the check, including writing “For Mobile Deposit Only” on the back of the check. There are no fees for depositing a check through the Mobile Deposit feature. You agree to keep the checks that you deposit through the in a secure location for six months, and permanently destroy each check immediately thereafter, to ensure they are not separately deposited to us or any other financial institution. These are the limits associated with Mobile Deposits: Up to $2,000.00 per item, maximum of $2,000.00 per day Mobile Check Deposits

Mobile Deposit Capture. The Mobile Deposit Capture service provides you the ability to access and make deposits to your designated eligible Accounts using your Mobile Device. Mobile Deposit Capture is a separate service, the terms and conditions of which may be found by going to xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx or clicking the link below. There is a fee of $.50 for each check deposited. The Xxxx Payments service provides you the ability to access your online xxxx payment accounts to pay bills. Xxxx may be paid on a regular, re-occurring basis or one-time. The Popmoney service provides you with the ability to access your online accounts to pay other individuals or to request payment from other individuals. The Balance Inquiry feature allows you the ability to check the balance on accounts accessible through online banking. This feature may allow you the ability to review previous transactions made on the accounts.

You agree that you will not use the Mobile Deposit service to scan and deposit any checks or other items that are payable to any other person or entity other than you; checks or items drawn on or otherwise issued by you or any other person on any of your accounts or any account on which you are an authorized signer or joint account owner; checks or items that contain alteration to any of the fields on the front of the check or item, or which you should know or suspect are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the account owner on which the check or item is drawn; checks or items previously converted to a substitute check or that are remotely created checks as defined in Regulation CC; checks or items drawn on a financial institution located outside the United State, checks or items that are not payable in United States currency; checks or items that are dated more than 6 months prior to the date of the deposit and any checks or items prohibited by BHFCU’s current procedures relating to Mobile Deposit or which are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your account. Mobile Deposit Capture. 1.1 Mobile Deposit Mobile Process. Customer will scan checks or drafts ("items") with an Electronic Device using the Continental Bank Mobile Banking App, creating an electronic image and Customer will transmit, using Mobile Banking, an electronic file of such electronic images that the Bank will deposit to Customer's account. The Bank's processing agent shall perform an image quality assessment of scanned checks or items and shall convert items meeting the Bank's required standards into substitute checks to facilitate the deposit and collection of such items. Customer agrees that the manner in which items (e.g., substitute check, image exchange, ACH) are cleared or presented for payment shall be determined by Bank, in its sole discretion. Bank reserves the right to select the clearing agents through which Bank clears items. Customer agrees to be bound by any clearinghouse agreements, operating circulars and image exchange agreements to which Bank is a party.
