Card Expiration. The Card will expire no sooner than the date printed on the back of it. You will not be able to use the Card after the expiration date; however, a replacement will be automatically mailed to you prior to the expiration of the soon-to-expire Card. If you need a replacement for any reason other than at the time of the Card’s expiration, you may request one at any time by following the procedures in the sub-section above captioned “Card Replacement.”
Card Expiration. Subject to applicable law, you may use or reload your Card only through the Card expiration date. The expiration date is identified on your Card. The funds in your Card Account will not expire, regardless of the expiration date on your Card, but may be subject to fees. If there is a Balance remaining on the Card upon expiration and your Card is in good standing, you may be eligible for a reissue. If you are eligible for a reissue you will not be charged a fee for your reissued Card.
Card Expiration. Your Card is valid until the expiration date on the front of the Card or until the Card has been inactive for 18 consecutive months and has a $0 balance, at which time the Card will automatically expire. If there is no activity after 24 consecutive months, your line of credit will be canceled. After the Card has expired, it is no longer valid, you will not be able to use the Card and all transactions will be declined. If your Card is active within the prior 12 months, you will automatically be issued a new Card 7-10 business days prior to its expiration date, unless the Card is otherwise terminated. You agree to notify us of any change in address for Card reissuance, disclosure and other contact purposes. You agree we and our agents may contact you by phone or wireless device at any phone number associated with your account, including wireless numbers (i.e. cell phone numbers), in order to service your account, provide you fraudulent activity alerts, or collect any amounts owed to us, excluding any contacts for telemarketing purposes as required by law. You further agree methods of contact may include, but are not limited to, the use of text messages, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and/or use of an automatic dialing service. Calls and messages may incur access fees from your cellular service provider. You understand that you are not required to provide consent as a condition to receiving products or services and you may revoke your consent or change the phone number provided by contacting us at 000-000-0000 or 000-000-0000, xxxxxx.xxx, or by visiting any MSUFCU branch. VAU is an account updating service in which your Card is automatically enrolled. When your Card(s) expire, or are lost or stolen, and new cards are issued, the service may update relevant Card data (Card numbers, CVV and expiration dates) to appropriate merchants who participate in an effort to facilitate uninterrupted processing of your recurring charges. This service provides updates to our Visa database only. The database is accessed only by those qualified merchants seeking your account information after you have requested they process a recurring payment or payments. You understand that neither Visa nor MSUFCU can guarantee that your account updates will be communicated to merchants prior to your next statement date. This service is provided as a free benefit to you. If, at any time, you wish to opt out of the VAU service, or if you have any questions, please contact us.
Card Expiration. When your Card nears its expiration date, Varo will automatically mail a replacement Card to you. You will not be able to use the Card after the expiration date.

It is important you know your Available Balance before initiating any transaction, as a declined ATM transaction for insufficient funds may result in a fee. You may access your Available Balance at no cost on our Website or by contacting us (see the section above entitled “How to Contact Us”). A history of at least sixty (60) days of Card Account transactions is also available at no cost by logging into your Card Account on our Website. You also have a right to obtain a sixty (60) day written history of Card Account transactions by contacting us by telephone or mail. You will not automatically receive paper statements. Important Information Regarding Your Rights and Responsibilities.

If your Card Account is in good standing and you have available funds on the Card when your Card expires, you may request a replacement Card at no cost to you by following the procedures set forth in Section 21 (Card Replacement). The new Card will have an available balance equal to the remaining balance of the expired Card, less any applicable fees.
Card Expiration. Subject to applicable law, you may use or reload your Card only up to the expiration date printed on the front of your card. If your Card has a zero or negative balance on expiration, we may, at our option, cancel your Card without notice, you will be liable for settlement of any negative balance owing on the card on expiration. If there is a balance remaining on the Card upon expiration and your Card is in good standing, we will send you a replacement card and the remaining balance will be transferred to the new replacement Card less any applicable fees. If there is no remaining balance on your card on expiration, we may in our sole discretion send you a new replacement Card. If we do not choose to issue you a new Card or if we cancel your Card privileges for any reason, we will notify you of a refund and you may contact us to arrange for the payment.
