Common use of Mobile Deposit Clause in Contracts

Mobile Deposit. The Mobile Deposit Service allows you to make deposits of the electronic image of a check or Substitute Check (each an “Item”) to your eligible Accounts by capturing an electronic image of the item with a capture device (such as a camera) on your Mobile Device and submitting images and associated information to us for processing. All terms and conditions of the Mobile Services provided above apply to the Mobile Deposit Service.

The mobile remote deposit capture service (“Mobile Deposit Deposit”) is a part of the Mobile Banking Service and allows you to make deposits of the electronic image of a check Check or Substitute Check (as defined by federal law) (each an “Item”) to your eligible Money Market Accounts held with us by capturing an electronic image of the item Item with a the capture device (such as a camera) camera on your Mobile Device mobile device) and submitting images and associated information to us for processing.
