Common use of MODE OF PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech ’ payable at Gwalior.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech _STAR CONSTRUCTIONS’ payable at GwaliorJABALPUR .

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee Allottee/Allottee(s) shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech Gravity Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd.’ payable at Gwalior.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule CB] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech TAPTI DIVINE ’ payable at GwaliorBhopal.

MODE OF PAYMENT. MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech Pashupatinath And Company ’ payable at GwaliorMandsaur.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech Sarv Kripa Enterprises’ payable at Gwalior–Bhopal.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule CB] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech _RSD DEVELOPERS ’ payable at Gwalior.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech Garuda Colonisers Developers & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd’ payable at GwaliorBhopal.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee Allottee/Allottee(s) shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech Gravity Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd.’ Or M/s GLR Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. payable at Gwalior.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech Narayanan Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd.’ payable at Gwalior.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule CB] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech _Parikalp Associates’ payable at Gwalior.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech S Xxxxx Homes.’ payable at GwaliorBhopal.

MODE OF PAYMENT. MODE OF PAYMENT. MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech Siya Vihar ’ payable at Gwaliormandsaur, Teh. Mandsaur.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan [Schedule C] through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘M/s Sunlife Infratech _Chinarr Green Spaces Developers’ payable at GwaliorBhopal.

MODE OF PAYMENT. MODE OF PAYMENT. MODE OF PAYMENT.
