Entry into Effect of the Contract. This Contract shall be deemed to be effective from the date of its signature by both Parties and shall be valid until [to be inserted] months after entry into force of the Contract or by [to be inserted], whichever date is later, unless the completion date is extended in accordance with Clause 5.3.
