MODE OF PAYMENT. MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the agreement Agreement and the Developer Sellers abiding by the construction milestones, the Purchaser/Allottee Purchaser shall make all payments, on written demand by the Vendor, Sellers within the stipulated time as mentioned in the payment plan [through account payee Cheque cheque / demand draft/ banker's Cheque draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable) infavour in favour of UST CONSTRUCTION the Sellers payable at Kolkata.

MODE OF PAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the agreement Agreement and the Developer Seller abiding by the construction milestones, the Purchaser/Allottee Purchaser shall make all payments, on written demand by the Vendor, Seller within the stipulated time as mentioned in the payment plan [through account payee Cheque / cheque/demand draft/ draft/banker's Cheque ’s cheque or online payment (as applicable) infavour in favor of UST CONSTRUCTION the Seller payable at Kolkata.

MODE OF PAYMENT. MODE OF PAYMENT. MODE OF PAYMENT.
