Model Mediation Procedure. To initiate a mediation a Party must give notice in writing to the other Party, requesting a mediation in accordance with this clause 9. Nothing in this clause 9 shall prevent either Party from applying for injunctive relief to restrain any actual or potential breach of this Agreement.
