Common use of Moderation Commitment Clause in Contracts

Moderation Commitment. Except as provided in this Section 3, Bazaarvoice will moderate all submissions within an average of fortyI eight (48) hours after submission, as measured on a monthly basis. Notwithstanding the foregoing, submissions that Bazaarvoice reasonably believes to be fraudulent are not subject to the Moderation Commitment of 48 hours.
