Common use of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Clause in Contracts

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. 25.1 In signing this Agreement, you confirm that your organisation: (a) does not use any form of forced, compulsory, or slave labour; (b) allows all Personnel to work voluntarily and they are entitled to leave; (c) does not require any form of deposit or bond from Personnel; (d) does not require Personnel to surrender their passports or work permits; (e) requires your suppliers to attest to these standards; (f) will report to DT Global any instances or suspicion of modern slavery or human trafficking in your organisation or your supply chain; and (g) where required, provide information on your organisation’s steps to reduce slavery risk for the purposes of DT Global’s statutory reporting.
