Common use of Modification and Changes Clause in Contracts

Modification and Changes. This Agreement cannot be changed or modified except by another agreement in writing signed by all the parties or by their respective duly authorized agents and consented to by all the parties to the other Hotel Agreements.

Modification and Changes. This Agreement cannot be changed or modified except by another agreement in writing signed by all the parties party sought to be charged therewith (or by their respective its duly authorized agents agent) and consented to by the Hotel Manager. This Agreement supersedes all prior, whether oral or written, agreements between the parties to the other Hotel Agreementsparties.
