MODIFICATION AUTHORITY Clause Samples
The Modification Authority clause defines who has the legal power to make changes or amendments to the contract. Typically, it specifies that only certain individuals or parties, often identified by title or role, are authorized to approve and execute modifications, and may require that such changes be made in writing. This clause ensures that unauthorized or informal changes do not alter the agreement, thereby maintaining control and clarity over the contract’s terms.
