Common use of Modification by Unanimous Consent Clause in Contracts

Modification by Unanimous Consent. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Indenture, the rights and obligations of the Issuer and of the holders of the Bonds, and the terms and provisions of the Bonds and this Indenture or any supplemental indenture, may be modified or altered in any respect with the consent of the Issuer, the consent of the Trustee, the consent of the Letter of Credit Bank and the consent of the holders of all of the Bonds then outstanding and, if required by Section 7.03 hereof, the consent of the Borrowers.
