Modification Designs. The designs (including the design and construction specifications and scope of work) for any modification of Contractor Terminal Facilities, including without limitation all modifications funded by capital expenditures pursuant to Section 5, shall be generated by Continental and shall be consistent with the Continental Marks and other Identification. The contractors hired to make such modifications shall be selected by Continental. All such modifications, including without limitation all modifications funded by capital expenditures pursuant to Section 5, shall be consistent with the requirements of the applicable leases or other relevant agreements in respect of such Terminal Facilities.
