Common use of Modification, etc Clause in Contracts

Modification, etc. of statutes 1.2.1 that statute or provision as from time to time modified, re-enacted or consolidated whether before or after the date of this Agreement; 1.2.2 any past statute or statutory provision (as from time to time modified, re-enacted or consolidated) which that statute or statutory provision has directly or indirectly replaced; and 1.2.3 any subordinate legislation made from time to time under that statute or statutory provision.
