Common use of Modification for Lender Clause in Contracts

Modification for Lender. If, in connection with obtaining ----------------------- construction interim or permanent financing for the Project, the lender or any ground lessor shall request reasonable modifications in this Lease as a condition to such financing. Lessee will not unreasonably withhold, delay or defer its consent thereto, provided that such modifications do not increase the obligations of Lessee hereunder or materially adversely affect the leasehold interest hereby created or Lessee's rights hereunder.
