Common use of MODIFICATION NEGOTIATION Clause in Contracts

MODIFICATION NEGOTIATION. Once the Government receives the contractor’s proposal, it will evaluate and negotiate it in accordance with applicable Agency regulations and policies. If necessary, the Government may issue unilateral modifications to accomplish required work using the pre-priced labor and material rates, outlined in Section B of this contract or as specified in individual DOs.
