Common use of Modification of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Modification of Agreements. The Company shall have modified those agreements listed on Schedule 7.2(g) hereto in the manner set forth on Schedule 7.2(g) hereto, effective as of the Closing, so that the required modifications are in effect upon and after the Closing.

Modification of Agreements. The Company shall have modified those agreements listed on Schedule 7.2(gSCHEDULE 7.2(f) hereto in the manner set forth on Schedule 7.2(gSCHEDULE 7.2(f) hereto, effective as of the Closing, so that the required modifications are in effect upon and after the Closingto this Agreement.

Modification of Agreements. The Company shall have modified those agreements listed on Schedule 7.2(g6.2(m) hereto in the manner set forth on Schedule 7.2(g6.2(m) hereto, hereto effective as of and contingent upon the Closing, so that the required modifications are in effect upon and after the Closing.

Modification of Agreements. The Company shall have modified those agreements listed on Schedule 7.2(g7.2(x) hereto in the manner set forth on Schedule 7.2(g7.2(x) hereto, effective as of the Closing, so that the required modifications are in effect upon and after the Closing.

Modification of Agreements. The Company shall have (i) modified those agreements listed on Schedule 7.2(g) 8.4 hereto in the manner set forth on Schedule 7.2(g) hereto, 8.4 hereto effective as of and contingent upon the Closing, Closing so that the required modifications are in effect upon and after the Closing, and (ii) delivered to Parent and Buyer documentation reasonably satisfactory to Parent and Buyer evidencing the Company’s full compliance with Section 8.4.
