Common use of Modification of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Modification of Collateral. Subject to Article IX and the terms and conditions of the Series 2022-2 Collateral or any Transaction Documents, amend, modify, waive, terminate or surrender any Series 2022-2 Collateral without the consent of the Indenture Trustee or the Noteholders of a majority of the Note Balance of the Notes and notifying the Rating Agencies;

Modification of Collateral. Subject to Article IX and the terms and conditions of the Series 20222023-2 1 Collateral or any Transaction Documents, amend, modify, waive, terminate or surrender any Series 20222023-2 1 Collateral without the consent of the Indenture Trustee or the Noteholders of a majority of the Note Balance of the Notes and notifying the Rating Agencies;
