Modification of Contract Price or Time of Completion. If Contractor believes that any such suspension or withdrawal of suspension justifies modification of the Contract Price or time of completion, Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the procedure set forth in Article 10.4, CLAIMS, hereof. Contractor shall not be entitled to any prospective profits or any damages because of such suspension or withdrawals of suspension.
