Modification of Fees. CFS may increase the Subscription Fee or Overage Plan Fee for any Renewal Term by providing writing notice of such increase at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then current Term. CFS may also increase the Overage Plan Fee at any time upon ninety (90) days prior written notice.
