The insurance requirements provided 30 in this Agreement may be modified or waived by the CITY Attorney, in writing, upon the request 31 of CONTRACTOR if the CITY determines such modification or waiver is in the best interest of 32 CITY considering all relevant factors, including exposure to CITY.
