MODIFICATION OF ORDER. This Order contains all the agreements of the Parties with respect thereto and no course of dealing or usage of the trade shall be applicable unless expressly incorporated in this Order. The terms and conditions contained in this Order may not be added to, modified, superseded or otherwise altered except by a written instrument signed by the parties. Modifications of this Order shall be handled pursuant to Article 7
