Modification of powers/duties. The Employer and the nondiscretionary Trustee (or the Custodian) in a Nonstandardized Plan or Volume Submitter Adoption Agreement, on Appendix C may limit the powers or duties of the Custodian or the nondiscretionary Trustee to any combination of powers under Section 8.02(A) and to any combination of duties under Section 8.02(C) or otherwise may amend the Trust as described in Section 8.11.
