(Project Budget Modifications) The Grantee may modify a budget line item, as contained in Exhibit B, without prior written approval of the OEE, provided these modifications do not modify the project activities and do not increase the total project cost. The Grantee shall provide the OEE Chief written notice of these changes and a revised budget in written form within thirty (30) days after the Grantee's determination that a revision to the budget is needed. The Grantee shall report the Project Budget modifications according to the guidelines set forth in the "Grants Administration Reference Folder".
