Common use of Modification of Reformulation Standards Clause in Contracts

Modification of Reformulation Standards. The reformulation standards set forth in Section 2.2, above, shall not be modified unless the conditions and procedures set forth in Sections 2.4.1, 2.4.2 or 2.4.3, below, are satisfied.

Modification of Reformulation Standards. The reformulation standards set forth in Section 2.2, above, shall not be modified unless the conditions and procedures set forth in Sections 2.4.1, 2.4.2 2.3.1 or 2.4.32.3.2, below, are satisfied.
