Common use of Modification of Service Clause in Contracts

Modification of Service. Service Provider may, at its sole discretion, modify, update or discontinue the whole or a part of Service at any time without liability to Customer. Service Provider shall make reasonable efforts to notify Customer of such modification, update or discontinuance. If Service Provider discontinues Service in its entirety, Service Provider shall refund, on a pro rata basis, Service Fees equivalent to the amount of unperformed portion.
