Suspension of Service. (a) SORACOM may suspend provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service if:
(i) there are unavoidable reasons requiring maintenance or construction of SORACOM’s Telecommunications Facility or system;
(ii) a telecommunication carrier suspends provision of telecommunication services to SORACOM;
(iii) a cloud service provider suspends provision of cloud services to SORACOM; or
(iv) SORACOM changes the Subscriber ID under Section 3.4(b).
(b) If SORACOM suspends the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service according Section 5.4(a), SORACOM will announce such suspension on XXXXXXX’s website in advance except in cases of urgent necessity.
Suspension of Service. If you participate in DISH Pause or any other program that allows you to temporarily suspend your DISH service at any time during your term commitment, your term commitment will be extended by the number of days that your DISH service is suspended. DISH will determine eligibility for participation and may deny eligibility for any reason.
Suspension of Service. We may suspend Service at any time, without liability and immediately by reasonable notice to you (except in the case of an emergency or your death), if:
(a) there are problems with the Network, or we or our Partners need to suspend the Services to conduct operational and maintenance work on the Network;
(b) you fail to pay any amount owing to us in respect of the Service under your Customer Contract (which is not the subject of a bona fide dispute) by the due date, and you fail to pay that amount within the period specified in any subsequent notice we send you;
(c) you breach your Customer Contract, including terms relating to your use of the Service or any Acceptable Use Policy, and that breach cannot be remedied;
(d) you breach your Customer Contract, including terms relating to your use of the Service or any Acceptable Use Policy, and that breach can be remedied, but you do not remedy that breach within 30 days of receipt of a notice from us requiring the breach to be remedied;
(e) you are the subject of an Insolvency Event;
(f) we reasonably suspect that you, an End User or any person in connection with the Service is fraudulent or where evidence suggests illegal conduct in relation to the Service;
(g) we reasonably believe that you may be a credit risk in relation to the Service;
(h) you are a natural person (and not a company) and you die;
(i) there is an emergency;
(j) there is a threat or risk to the security of the Service or integrity of the Network;
(k) the Service may cause death, personal injury or damage to property;
(l) we are required to do so to comply with any law or direction of any Regulator;
(m) an Intervening Event occurs; or
(n) we are otherwise entitled to do so under your Customer Contract.
Suspension of Service. 13.1 BT may restrict or suspend any affected Service;
13.1.1 as set out in a Schedule;
13.1.2 in the event of late payment by the Customer, subject to 14 days prior written notice to the Customer;
13.1.3 in the event of a material breach by the Customer of Applicable Law, the Acceptable Use Policy or Compliance Obligations. BT shall inform the Customer without undue delay in advance; or 13.1.4 as required by Applicable Laws.
14.1 The Customer may immediately cancel an Order by notice to BT before the Service Start Date.
14.2 If the Customer exercises its right under Clause 14.1, the Customer will pay to BT in accordance with Clause 8.1 all specified cancellation Charges set out in the applicable Order, or if none are specified, it shall pay the third-party cancellation costs (if any) charged to BT. The Customer may not cancel Services that have already been ordered or shipped from a third-party unless agreed by BT in writing.
Suspension of Service. CLEC may offer to resell End User-Initiated Suspension and Restoral Service to its End Users if and to the extent offered by CenturyLink to its retail End Users.
86.2.1 CLEC may also provide CenturyLink-Initiated Suspension service for its own purposes, where available. CenturyLink shall make these services available at the retail rate less the resale discount on the monthly recurring charge only. No discount shall apply to non-recurring charges. CLEC shall be responsible for placing valid orders for the suspension and the subsequent disconnection or restoral of service to each of its End Users.
a. If CLEC submits a request for a disconnection of an End User service and subsequently requests reconnection of the same End User service, the terms for suspension of service will apply.
b. Service Order charges and any applicable Tariff fees will apply to all temporary suspension and restoral requests made by CLEC including disconnection and subsequent reconnection requests for the same End User service.
86.2.2 If CLEC suspends service for one of its End Users and fails to submit a subsequent disconnection order within the maximum number of Days permitted for a company-initiated suspension pursuant to the applicable Tariff or Applicable Law, CLEC shall be charged and shall be responsible for all appropriate monthly service charges for the End User’s service from the suspension date through the disconnection date.
86.2.3 If CLEC restores its End User, restoral charges will apply, and CLEC will be billed for the appropriate service from the time of suspension.

7.2 AT&T-21STATE will offer Suspension of Service to CLEC for CLEC initiated suspension of service of the CLEC’s End Users. Suspension of Service. The Service Provider may suspend the provision of Service (wholly or partially) to the Shipper if, subject to the Shipper’s rights under clause 23.4, the Shipper does not pay the invoice within 30 Days after the payment is due, until the Shipper pays the amount shown on the invoice.
Suspension of Service. (a) If the Service Provider suspends (wholly or partially) provision of the Service to the Shipper in accordance with this document, it must give notice to the Shipper, which notice will be reasonable in the circumstances.
(b) Unless as otherwise provided in this document, the Shipper's obligations to pay the Service Charges under this document continue, and are not suspended for the duration of the suspended Service (whether wholly or partially suspended).
