Modification of Systems. The Servicer agrees, promptly after the replacement or any material modification of any computer, automation or other operating systems (in respect of hardware or software) used to perform its services as Servicer or to make any calculations or reports hereunder, to give notice of any such replacement or modification to the Administrator (which shall promptly forward a copy to each Purchaser Agent).
