Modification of Territory. If, within [*] from the Effective Date, ▇▇▇▇ has not achieved any sales in any particular country, then such country may, at Corium’s election and upon written notice to ▇▇▇▇, be removed from the Territory, at which time Corium shall have the sole and exclusive right to commercialize Product in any such country.
