Modification of the Interconnection Facility. 5.2.1 Niagara Mohawk, at its own expense, shall retain the discretion to determine whether, when, and in what manner any modifications to the Interconnection Facility are required by Good Utility Practice and, as soon as reasonably practicable, but not less than three (3) months in advance except in the cases of Emergency Conditions, shall advise Producer when it makes such a determination and whether performing the modification, or the modification itself, is expected to interrupt the flow of power over the Interconnection Facility. 5.2.2 If a modification to the Electrical System or Interconnection Facility is required to support the operations of Producer, Niagara Mohawk shall construct, operate, maintain and repair the modification at Niagara Mohawk's expense unless the modifications are a result of a Producer Modification which requires changes to the Electrical System or Interconnection Facility. 5.2.3 Producer shall give Niagara Mohawk three months advance written notice of any planned Modifications to the Production Facility. 5.2.3.1 Such notice shall include plans, specifications, information and operating instructions relating to the impact of planned Modifications on the Electrical System and Interconnection Facility or Niagara Mohawk's electric operations. 5.2.3.2 If Niagara Mohawk determines that such Modification would have
