Modification of the Job Training Plan. 1. Modification of the Plan shall require joint approval of the FVWDB and the XXX in accordance with Section VI (M) of this agreement. Either body may request modification of the Plan. Such requests shall be forwarded from the requesting body to the chairperson of the other body in keeping with Section VII (A) of this agreement.
