Training Program. It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
Training Program. In the event that the Employer should introduce new methods or machines which require new or greater skills than are possessed by employees under the present methods of operation, such employees shall, at the expense of the Employer, be given a minimum period, not to exceed one (1) year, during which they may perfect or acquire the skills necessitated by the new methods of operation. There shall be no change in wage or salary rates during the training period of any such employee and no reduction in pay upon being reclassified in the new position.

Training Program. The University recognizes the importance of an educated workforce as a resource and the value of training in developing and maintaining job skills and improving employee performance. Employee training opportunities will be identified, evaluated, and provided in accord with the University’s Employee Development and Training Policy.
Training Program. The Residency Program shall use its best efforts, within available resources, to provide an educational training program that meets the ACGME’s accreditation standards. The Residency Program shall provide Resident with supervision consistent with ACGME, program and institution standards for all educational and clinical activities.

Training Program. Where the Employer introduces new techniques or equipment into the operation covered by the Bargaining Unit, and where such innovation renders obsolete the skills used by employees in that area, the Employer agrees to retrain at the Employer's own expense, eligible displaced employees for such positions as the change of arrangements makes available, provided the training period does not exceed two months. During the retraining period, the employee shall be maintained at the employee's previous rate of pay and the Employer may engage temporary staff to carry on the work of such employee. The pay received by retrained personnel shall be that which applies to the new positions.
Training Program. Up to six (6) hours of scheduled telephone/webinar training, including the following: (a) Session 1: On-boarding, to review branding, administrative setup and operation, and new client orientation; (b) Session 2: Pre-live training, to teach administrative and user-side software operations to the system administrator; and (c) Session 3: Post-live training, to ensure all systems are working properly, answering specific questions, and trouble-shooting as required. Any additional training services are subject to a fee of $200/hour. Additional training services include any training of replacement system administrators.
Training Program. Contractor will participate in training programs as provided in Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, Health Information Portability and Accountability Act, and other appropriate regulations, and as required by County.
