Common use of Modification of Trading Approach Clause in Contracts

Modification of Trading Approach. In the event the Advisor wishes to use a trading method or strategy other than or in addition to the Trading Approach in connection with trading for the Trust (including without limitation the deletion of an agreed upon trading method or strategy or the addition of a trading method or strategy in addition to the then agreed upon Trading Approach), either in whole or in part, the Advisor may not do so unless it gives the Managing Owner prior written notice of its intention to utilize such different trading method or strategy, and the Managing Owner consents thereto in writing.

In the event the Advisor wishes requests to use use, or the Client requests the Advisor to use, a trading program, system, method or strategy other than or in addition to the trading programs, systems, methods or strategies comprising the Trading Approach in connection with trading for the Trust Client (including including, without limitation limitation, the deletion or addition of an agreed upon trading program, system, method or strategy or the addition of a trading method or strategy in addition to the then agreed upon Trading Approach), either in whole or in part, the Advisor may not do so and/or shall not be required to do so, as appropriate, unless it gives both the Managing Owner prior written notice of its intention to utilize such different trading method or strategy, Client and the Managing Owner consents Advisor consent thereto in writing.
