Modification of Trading Approach. In the event the Advisor requests to use, or Series J requests the Advisor to use, a trading program, system, method or strategy other than or in addition to the trading programs, systems, methods or strategies comprising the Trading Approach in connection with trading for Series J (including, without limitation, the deletion or addition of an agreed upon trading program, system, method or strategy to the then agreed upon Trading Approach), either in whole or in part, the Advisor may not do so and/or shall not be required to do so, as appropriate, unless both Series J and the Advisor consent thereto in writing.
