Modification or Cancellation. The Construction Manager’s insurance policies shall be modifiable or cancelable only after written notice has been delivered by Construction Manager to the Owner by certified or registered mail thirty (30) days in advance of such modification or cancellation. Construction Manager must agree to maintain such insurance for the duration of the Project.
