Modification or Waiver. This Agreement may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing signed by the parties hereto, executed and delivered with the same formalities as the original instrument. The waiver of Seller of a breach of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach. No course of dealing between the parties shall operate as a waiver of any provision of this Agreement.
