Modification/Premium Subject to Change. The Plan, subject to the approval of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, may alter or revise the terms of the Agreement or the premiums. Any such alteration or revision of the terms of the Agreement shall become applicable for all members on the effective date of the alteration or revision, whether or not the subscriber has paid the premium in advance.
