Modification; Prior Agreements; Headings. The Contract may not be modified or amended except by an instrument in writing signed by the parties. The Contract reflects and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to such subject matter. The headings in the Contract are for the purpose of reference only and shall not limit or otherwise affect any of the terms hereof.
