Modification Requirements. ‌ Any agreement, alteration, understanding, waiver or modification of any of the terms or provisions contained in this Agreement shall not be binding on the parties unless made and signed in writing by all of the parties to this Agreement, and if required, approved and implemented by the Board of County Commissioners.
