Common use of Modification, Termination and Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Modification, Termination and Cancellation. Tenant will not consent to any modification, amendment, termination or cancellation of the Lease (in whole or in part) without Xxxxxx’s prior written consent and will not make any payment to Mortgagor in consideration of any modification, termination or cancellation of the Lease (in whole or in part) without Xxxxxx’s prior written consent;

Tenant will not consent to any modification, amendment, termination or cancellation of the Lease (in whole or in part) except in accordance with its terms without XxxxxxLender’s prior written consent and will not make any payment to Mortgagor in consideration of any modification, termination or cancellation of the Lease (in whole or in part) other than in accordance with its terms, including but not limited to amendments referenced in the Lease as necessary for the operation of the terms thereof without XxxxxxLender’s prior written consent;
