Provided Licensee is current on all of its obligations pursuant to the Agreement and any Schedules attached thereto, during the Maintenance Term, Licensor shall provide to Licensee at no additional charge all Modifications and New Releases to the Software, the schedule, nature, and scope of which shall be in the Licensor’s sole discretion.
