Modifications and Proprietary rights. Subject to the rights expressly granted hereunder to Licensee, Licensor shall retain all right, title and interest in and to the Services, and all modifications and additions thereto, including all related Intellectual Property rights, except as may be expressly set out in a Services Schedule. No rights are granted to Licensee hereunder other than as expressly set forth herein.
