Modifications, Entire Agreement. No modification, waiver or amendment of this License Agreement or any provision herein shall be valued unless the same is in writing and is signed by the party against which the enforcement of such modification, waiver or amendment is sought. This License Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto relating to the transactions contemplated hereby, and all prior to contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations and statements, oral or written, are merged herein.
