Common use of Modifications in Writing Clause in Contracts

Modifications in Writing. Modification or the waiver of any provisions of this Project Loan Agreement or consent to any departure by the parties therefrom, shall in no event be effective unless the same shall be in writing approved by the parties hereto and shall require the prior written consent of Funding Lender Representative and then such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose for which given. No notice to or demand on Borrower in any case shall entitle it to any other or further notice or demand in the same circumstances.

No notice to or demand on the Borrower in any case shall entitle it to any other or further notice or demand in the same circumstances.
